Talent Development Manager Sanderson are recruiting for an experienced Talent Development Manager for their Global client.
You will lead the organisation's learning and development strategy to drive employee growth and support business goals.
You will lead the L&D Team to oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and organisational performance.
Our client offers a Hybrid working model- 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Management Develop and execute the organisational L&D Strategy in line with business priorities.
Establish and maintain Annual L&D Business Plan and manage its implementation in line with budget.
Identify future workforce skills requirements to remain competitive.
Develop and manage the annual L&D Budget.
Procure and manage external vendors.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication Collaborate with senior leadership to identify skills gaps and customize training solutions that meet specific operational and leadership development needs.
Proactively collaborate with Group stakeholders to diagnose learning and organisational capability development needs and design, develop, and deploy a portfolio of development strategies and initiatives to support business needs.
Program Development Design and implement programs focused on leadership, technical skills, onboarding, career progression, and succession planning.
Coordinate succession and talent planning processes, in partnership with the HR Business Partners and Senior Management.
Develop and implement High Potential program(s) for employees.
Data-Driven Evaluation Develop appropriate metrics that evaluate and report on the impact of organisational development and learning programs.
Leverage data and analytics to identify training needs, measure program effectiveness, and inform decision-making.
Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
L&D Team Engagement & Purpose Lead the L&D Team to develop and implement L&D strategies that directly support business objectives.
Work with L&D Team colleagues to promote offerings to key stakeholders.
Project Management Lead and manage complex, company-wide learning and development (L&D) initiatives.
Lead the team in collaboration with the project team to roll out a new LMS system.
Essential Criteria: Minimum of a third level qualification in a relevant area.
8+ years previous experience in a similar role focused on learning and development, talent management, or organisational development.
People management experience, with a strong focus on coaching.
Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple projects.
Some European travel when required.
