Sap Administrator (Insurance)

Job Title: SAP Administrator (Insurance) Location: Remote SAP Admin wanted for Dublin based MGA for an initial remote role Abrivia are currently recruiting for a dynamic and growing Managing General Agent (MGA) that recently acquired a run-off book of business. This role offers a unique opportunity for career progression into underwriting, claims, or accounting, depending on your preference.
We are looking for an individual with strong experience in SAP and Insurance to support our client in managing and updating their systems. The primary responsibility of this role will be to maintain accurate records in the SAP system by processing updates received from brokers regarding the status of claims. This is a heavy administration role requiring meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
This position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to re-enter the workforce or make a career change. During the initial 12-18 months, the role will be fully remote, providing flexibility and the ability to balance personal and professional commitments. However, this will come with the understanding that the role will transition to a hybrid model, with some office presence required eventually.
Key Responsibilities: System Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain the SAP system with accurate information as received from brokers regarding claim statuses.Communication: Liaise with brokers via email to ensure all updates are recorded promptly and accurately in the system.Data Integrity: Ensure that all data entered into the SAP system is correct, complete, and complies with company standards.Support: Provide general administrative support to the team as required, assisting with any ad-hoc tasks related to the claims process.Collaboration: Work closely with the underwriting, claims, and accounting teams to ensure seamless information flow and support.Key Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in a similar role with substantial SAP and insurance experience is essential.Attention to Detail: Ability to manage large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy.Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with brokers and internal teams.Organisational Skills: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.Remote Work: Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment for the initial 12-18 months.
