Job Title: SAP Business Analyst (12-Month Contract)

Overview: Our client is seeking a seasoned SAP Business Analyst to join their dynamic team on a large-scale integration program, focused on upgrading SAP to S4 HANA.
The role requires a skilled BA to support end-to-end system integration, including B2B, middleware layers, and CRM upgrade projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with deep integration experience to work closely with cross-functional teams and external third-party partners in a transformative environment.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with program lead and stakeholders to analyze, document, and review S4 HANA integration changes.Lead efforts in mapping "as-is" and "to-be" states, identifying key business process impacts and deltas.Collaborate on CRM and B2B upgrade projects, supporting seamless integration into the new SAP ecosystem.Facilitate integration with middleware layers and APIs, contributing to a robust data flow across systems.Participate in additional B2C and middleware integration projects as needed.Ensure all business requirements are met, providing insights and solutions to complex challenges.Minimum Requirements: 10+ years as a Business Analyst on large transformation programs involving multi-system integration and upgrades.Proven expertise in ERP, WMS, CRM, eCommerce, digital portals, mobile apps, and reporting tools.Deep understanding of SAP and/or other ERP systems with experience in supply chain management, order management, invoicing, and customer data handling.Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate and solve complex business processes.Demonstrated experience working across multiple third-party applications and integration technologies in a multi-faceted project landscape.Experience of operating in an SAP-centric or equivalent ERP application landscape, with multiple third parties preferred.10+ years implementing technology solutions for complex business problems in an FMCG environment.Prior experience working in a GxP environment.What We Offer: Competitive contract rateA unique chance to contribute to a leading-edge transformation projectCollaborative work environment with a focus on innovation and continuous improvementIf you are a Business Analyst with a passion for integration and large-scale ERP upgrades, apply now to join a high-impact program.
