Powered Enterprise is KPMG's world-class accelerated Enterprise Business Transformation approach for cloud-based solutions, such as SAP4 Hana, that uses pre-designed back-office leading practices and KPMG's six-layer Target Operating Model. It enables clients to make better, faster decisions, resulting in a quicker implementation and a faster path to Return on Investment. This solution combines the breadth and scale of KPMG's leading practice, capabilities and insight into a complete solution for an effective back-office.
Our teams are communities of technology focussed transformation professionals who work together to deliver KPMG Powered Enterprise. Our teams use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g., Finance, Quote to Cash, Procurement, Supply Chain), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications to lead and deliver client programmes, support pre-sales activities and develop improvement and extensions to Powered Enterprise.
As a SAP Solution Architect, your focus will be in functional architecture in Finance and the integration with other modules.
Your experience, skills and capabilities: Extensive experience in designing and implementing S/4HANA (preferred) and SAP ECCFunctional process knowledge of several of P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A/xP&A, AMExperience in implementing, configuring and advising all or a subset of the following:SAP FI/COGroup Consolidation and reportingPlanning and Forecasting: BPC, IBP, Analytics CloudMaster Data Governance (MDG)Sustainability Control TowerUnderstanding of SAP data structures and integration with BW/ DWCIdeally familiarity with one or more industry solutions: life science, retail, banking/insurance, telecoms, agribusinessIntegration with line-of-business solutions (SuccessFactors, Ariba etc)Experience leading and inspiring teams of technical consultants onshore, nearshore and offshore with our KPMG Global Delivery NetworkKnowledge of best practice design and an advisory focusExcellent stakeholder management and relationship building both internally and with the client.Your key responsibilities as part of the team: Act as lead solution/enterprise architect on opportunities and projects and able to work with platform architects, technical architects and TOM architects.S/4 solution blueprinting, including the presentation and articulation to the client, with a focus on Finance processes, reporting, data and analytics.Identify key design decisions in business-led, SAP-enabled transformations.Communicate how the technology solutions proposed can enable the business transformation / benefits case.Proactively assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients, reporting to Partner & Director Lead.Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.Craft and specify integrations of SAP solutions into other client systems, using enterprise architecture principles and standards.Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria.Influence clients' use of automation/iRPATrain, mentor, and supervise team members.Your team: You will be joining a team of over 300 dedicated technology and business transformation professionals that has a market reputation for delivering quality outcomes for our clients.
