The Role: As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for: Processing supplier invoices and ensuring timely payments.
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
Managing payment runs and maintaining accurate financial records.
Collaborating with internal departments to ensure proper cost allocation.
Handling queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders professionally.
What You Bring: Proven experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
