Compliance Officer Are you ready to play a key role in ensuring regulatory excellence within a dynamic financial services environment?
Our client, a leading global organisation, is seeking a Compliance Officer to join their Regulatory team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the heart of compliance, driving effective implementation of regulatory change initiatives and fostering a culture of openness and collaboration.

The Role As a Compliance Officer, you will: Regulatory Change Management: Support the implementation of regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment with compliance deadlines and standards.
Programme Coordination: Oversee specific regulatory change programmes, managing projects from inception through to business-as-usual transfer.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with business lines, fostering open communication and collaboration on projects.
Advisory Support: Act as a key point of contact for business line queries, providing expert guidance and support.
Collaboration Across Teams: Engage with international counterparts and enterprise teams to align efforts on regulatory initiatives.
What Youll Bring Experience & Skills 24 years of experience in compliance, risk, or audit roles within financial services, ideally with a credit institution or payment services provider.
Knowledge of key compliance and regulatory topics, with a proven track record of practical application.
Strong project management skills, including prioritisation, communication, and delivery.
Excellent attention to detail with a process-driven mindset.
Education & Qualifications A third-level qualification (degree or similar) in a relevant field such as law, business, or finance.
A Diploma in Compliance (or equivalent) is beneficial; advanced qualifications are an advantage but not essential.
Personal Attributes Strong oral and written communication skills.
Collaborative mindset with an emphasis on execution and delivery.
Demonstrated ability to work on your own initiative and achieve practical, high-quality outcomes.
