Our client, a leading financial services company in Galway, is on the hunt for a detail-oriented Customer Onboarding Officer to join their team!
In this full-time, permanent role, youll be the go-to person for ensuring a smooth, secure, and accurate transition of data between systems.
Think of yourself as the gatekeeper of data integrity!
Location: Galway (Hybrid) 3 days in the office and 2 from home Responsibilities: Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to complete data transfer requests Cleanse and refine data to enhance precision and reliability.
Create detailed data maps to ensure consistency and coherence.
Validate and cross-check transferred data for accuracy, resolving discrepancies.
Oversee data transfer activities and troubleshoot challenges.
Maintain data security and regulatory compliance.
Work closely with IT teams to optimise data transfer performance.
Document data transfer procedures and workflows for future reference.
Key Requirements: Experience in data management and transformation, or analogous data related processes in a multifaceted business landscape.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment.
