Our client is a leading global financial services group with a well-established funds business in Dublin.
They are now looking to hire a Depositary Senior Manager for the Irish and Luxembourg business.
The successful person will assume responsibility for ensuring compliance with EU regulations governing UCITS and AIF products.
Reporting directly to the Head of Depositary you will manage and develop a team of specialists in a hands-on manner as well as directly engaging with customers and prospective clients regarding the functions and responsibilities of the Depositary and have regular interaction with the CBI and CSSF, providing oversight and ensuring compliance.

Key Requirements: Proven experience at management level in depositary business Expert knowledge on AIFMD and UCITS products Funds background, very familiar with strategies, structures, jurisdictions, and fund accounting methodology Risk/compliance/regulatory focused Ideally suited to someone who enjoys a client facing role and is comfortable interacting and building relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
