Our client, a global financial services firm, is looking to hire a financial and regulatory reporting analyst to join their growing team of twenty.
This opportunity would suit an individual who has worked in regulatory reporting in banking or a consultancy and wants to look at the returns holistically.
Key Responsibilities: - Preparation of annual and semi-annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
- Preparation of financial statement workings and underlying support files.
- Ensuring completeness of disclosures in financial statements.
- Preparation of CBI third-party fund regulatory filings, including Monthly NAV Returns, MMIF returns, SPV returns, and Interim and Annual financial statements filings.
- Preparation of delegated Fund Investment Manager regulatory filings, including AIFMD Annex IV, Form PF, and CPO PQR filings.
- Promoting a positive work environment for team members.
Qualifications and Skills: - Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
- Experience in preparing financial statements and regulatory filings.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and promote a positive work environment.
