The Role As an Operational Risk Manager, you will: Risk Scorecard Oversight: Monitor and manage performance against operational risk appetite statements, oversee key indicators, and ensure effective scorecard processes.
Issue Management: Lead the implementation of the organisations Issue Management programme, ensuring alignment with internal protocols and regulatory requirements.
Reporting: Produce accurate, insightful risk reporting for senior management and committees, providing clear analysis and recommendations.
Programme Development: Continuously improve operational risk policies, frameworks, and tools to enhance data quality and oversight activities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with executive management, business line leaders, and risk teams across the organisation to foster a robust risk culture.
Regulatory Compliance: Participate in regulatory change initiatives, ensuring adherence to all relevant guidelines while supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Skilled in producing high-quality risk reports for senior-level committees.
Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements in the financial services industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications Relevant experience in operational risk management, ideally within a financial services setting.
