The Role: We are seeking a detail-focused Reporting Analyst to join our client's Data Management and Client Reporting team.
This full-time, permanent role involves transforming complex data sets into meaningful insights that support business growth and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and deliver business-critical and regulatory reports.
Conduct thorough data validation and quality checks for accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address data issues.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting needs for key business decisions.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and deadlines.
Key Requirements: Proven experience in a Reporting Analyst or similar data-focused role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
Experience with Power BI and other data visualisation tools.
Strong ability to query and summarise large datasets for reporting purposes.
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong time management skills.
Experience within the financial services sector (an advantage).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
