Job Description The Scheduler must possess a good understanding of the project delivery process and timescales to effectively deliver a project.
The Scheduler shall be responsible for supporting the Programme Managers and Project teams by ensuring focus on timely delivery of the portfolio of capital projects as planned, within budget and meeting their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for delivering and maintaining a detailed master schedule in Primavera P6, spanning across all workstreams and in line with the agreed programme.
Responsible for leading and maintaining the programme, project scope, schedule documentation, and log as the project progresses.  Managing the project baseline and reporting of same.
Facilitate planning workshops and reviews with a multi-disciplinary team developing interfaces with the programme team.  Conduct monthly schedule progress updates and provide regular schedule status reports for the programme ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
Contribute to developing planning processes and procedures to support the programme delivery plans.  Risk assessment to support the successful development of the project and develop ad-hoc schedules and reporting as required by programme leadership.  Production of consolidated timeline views for resource planning, budgeting and benchmarking.
Support in quantitative schedule risk assessment processes when required.  Supporting with other ad hoc activities when required.
Qualifications 7+ years' experience as a scheduler on large and complex Infrastructure projects (preferably in the Offshore sector but not essential) and hold a relevant university qualification within construction, engineering or project management.  Proven ability to work independently and work with cross-functional teams.
Experience and advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
MS Power BI desirable.  Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills will be essential for this role with the ability to forge and maintain strong working relationships.  QRSA expereince is desirable.
