Scrum Master

We are looking to recruit a Scrum Master to join our Financial Services Advisory Practice to facilitate the agile process for development teams. The individual will work in an agile team environment in the design and execution of web and mobile products. Coupled with this, they will work on business-critical applications, supported by a team of technical and business experts whilst spotting issues early within a SPRINT and taking remedial action to get it back on track.
Key Skills:Enforce and promote SCRUM disciplinesEnsure team is delivering / aligned on project vision and goalsPromote healthy team environment and remove impedimentsOrganize and run daily stand-upsKeep the IT team focused on sprint plan and support regular reviewsEnsure stakeholders are up to speed on IT team progressExperience and Skills Required:2.1 or higher in a related discipline from an academic institution; Masters a plus5+ years in the role of Scrum Master, XP coach, or Agile servant leader5+ years in a leadership or technical role in software or systems developmentTrack record of delivering complex projects through agile processesUnderstanding of DevOps conceptsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsBackground in retail financial servicesFamiliarity with Kanban
