We, are TITANS, the engineering team within Transportation Engineering Systems (TESS). We build the software solutions to expand our supply chain network while optimizing both time & cost of configuration management efforts. We are a fast growing business and our technical journey has only started. Our mission is to build the most efficient and optimal transportation system on the planet, using our engineering muscle as our biggest advantage.

Our team builds the technology that enables Hand-Off-the-Wheel (HOTW) configuration management, measuring and improving configuration quality to reduce operational overhead, and increasing deployment velocity of our Fulfillment Centers, Sort Centers, Amazon Air Gateways and Delivery Stations.

As an SDE in TITANS, you will partner closely with business leaders and engineers to build out new configuration management journey for TESS and also expand software solution charter for entire NA Transportation org.

We work at the intersection of business and systems. This role will directly influence the decisions and strategy of TESS by gathering customer needs and insights and mining large and diverse data sets. This position will work directly with business leaders and teams along with various stakeholders to track business goals and initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experienceExperience programming with at least one software programming language3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experienceBachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
