The role involves driving sales and ensuring smooth operations. You can choose between two focus areas, with some crossover depending on the day-to-day needs of the store:
Sales: As someone who loves to meet new people, you'll confidently connect with our customers and help them find the perfect gifts.
Front-of-house excellence: surpass sales targets with effective techniquesPersonalised connections: bond confidently with customers, adapting to their unique preferences and needsOperations: As someone who works well in a busy environment with a focus on accuracy and speed, you'll support behind-the-scenes activities to ensure excellent customer service.
