About the Role You act as the ultimate Charlotte Tilbury ambassador by leading and engaging your team with the unique Tilbury vision.
You are a dynamic and inspirational Business + Training Manager who is a true coach that helps develop the team to achieve all sales and operational targets through people management, education and development.
You demonstrate the ability to recruit and train #1 talent for expert artistry and motivation.
You are flexible and a strong communicator that has the capability of guiding and supporting the team.
You pride yourself on creating and driving magical customer experience by building genuine emotional connections.
Working in collaboration with the relevant Commercial and Education teams, you will ensure there is a clear devised people plan and strategy for the retailers in which you are accountable for delivery.
You will constantly define and adapt the sales & education approach based on specific retailer commercial business needs, whilst always ensuring that the Charlotte Tilbury ethos and purpose is represented to our customers in the right way.
You will be the trail blazer for exceptional service in stores through shop floor observation and in the moment coaching whilst leading by example with social advocacy both independently and through the team.

As a Counter Business & Training Manager, you will: Driving sales success and motivation through: Report weekly and monthly productivity to the Commercial Team.
Set weekly and monthly KPI targets and track achievement progress.
Lead a #1 team through daily briefs, shop floor trainings, performance 121 meetings, and general line management.
Work and liaise with host store partners and senior stakeholders, ensuring brand compliance with policies and procedures.
Monitor stock levels by managing sales, audits, and counts; analyze all information to provide proactive counsel to the Commercial Team on stock lines.
Create a positive and cooperative team culture in-store through team meetings and a collaborative management style; recognize and celebrate performance where necessary.
Aid the retailer in the end-to-end recruitment process in your store, proactively sourcing exceptional talent and providing a magical candidate experience to all applicants.
Identify the training needs of the team in collaboration with the Global Education Team and provide feedback about advancement in opportunity areas.
Drive and build your business KPI performance to achieve market-leading results and maintain #1 ranking and #1 in growth.
Ensure the best customer experience is delivered, embedding the magic service methodology, and building brand awareness by creating lasting emotional connections with customers.
Own your counter metrics and unlock the steps needed to manage future risks and opportunities.
Think limitlessly with your plan for the calendar year, considering New Product Launches and activity/market impacts from the previous year of trade.
Be entrepreneurial with proposing plans, events, and other limitless activities to unlock commercial success.
Execute flawless grooming standards, inspiring your team to be and feel the best versions of themselves.
Be flexible to work on a shift basis, including both early and late shifts.
Provide a five-year working and personal reference, along with a Criminal Reference Check, as the store is airside in the departures lounge.
This will be discussed in more detail at the interview stage.
Inspiring artistry and magical service through:  The Charlotte Tilbury 'Magic Experience" service model and intermediate artistry development Full Curriculum facilitation of retailer team including induction, social and developmental training Facilitate new launch NPD and Skincare Training Support Education through the Learning Management System Monitor KPIs to measure the impact of training delivered, providing feedback to the relevant Commercial & Education team adapting training based on the feedback from the wider team to ensure all educational content is impacting and driving KPI results Deliver high quality virtual and physical training sessions Leading by example on counter and online during all events, meetings, and trainings.
