Team/Position Overview
Based in the Dublin Service Centre, the Issuer Services Department is part of the wider Custody and Issuer Services Group. The Department contains a diverse section of units which support our Issuer Services Clients, Product and Sales partners. The services we provide include Depository servicing, Issuing & Paying agency services and Specialised Agency functions such as Account Bank, Project Finance, Structured Finance and Escrow Agent functions.
Typical Corporate Trust clients of Citi include major international and national-level corporations, financial institutions (FIs), banks, and public sector/sovereign Debt issuers, as well as investment banks, asset managers, and stand-alone collateral managers.

What you will do:
Manage DTC Transfers team (current FTE 2) including holding 1 to 1's, performance reviews and ensuring the on-going development of team's corporate trust business knowledge.
Complete and execute all incoming RegS / 144A instructions as per our SLA's and referenced deadlines and (as required,) provide a detailed working knowledge and understanding of all tasks, functions and processes executed by the desk to clients.
Complete transactional review of new documentation to ensure the DTC Transfer desk can support instructions on the Bonds.
Chair client relationship calls on a monthly basis and prepare agenda's and presentations where required.
Manage internal and external client relationships, to ensure Department responsibilities and objectives are met.
Liaise with agents, clearing systems and clients to resolve escalated problems acting as point of contact and escalation with the team.
Provide support on an ongoing basis to the wider Corporate Action team, ensuring that cross training and process coverage at all times.
Continuously develop prioritisation and multi-tasking skills, with ability to delegate work where necessary to ensure urgent and unexpected tasks are completed.
Ensure daily controls and statistics are complete. Utilise strong understanding of performance MIS to drive Business process, re-design and quality improvements.

What we'll need from you:
Corporate Actions experience, knowledge of Corporate Trust practices and product is a requirement.
Proven record of working on Corporate Action events dealing with high value instructions, ability to work to deadlines and projects within team environment
Working ISDA, ICMSA and ICMA knowledge, Bond and deal structuring understanding is highly preferable.
