Security Officer

G4S Secure Solutions (Ire) are currently recruiting for an experienced Security Officer for our client site in Athlone Co. Westmeath.
We are looking for individuals who are reliable, and fully flexible to cover Monday-Friday, days only.Basic Pay €14.50 per hour,  Sunday Premium + €3.44 per hour, unsociable hours, bank holiday and overtime rates paid.Main purpose of position:To protect our client's property, people and/or assets by providing security services to a specific site in direct accordance with the site procedures and policies.Main Responsibilities:To be an ambassador for the companyProviding a high level of customer serviceWorking as part of a teamGreeting, assisting and directing members of the public visiting the premises as well as liaising with the clientMust present themselves in a courteous and presentable mannerReport writingEnsuring the safety and security of our clients' buildings and assetsThe ability to carry out security duties as specified, including patrols, monitoring CCTV, access control etcMust have the following requirements:Current Valid PSA (Static Security) licenseGood knowledge of ITProficient in MS packagesFluent English essentialMust be fully flexible and available to work days, evenings and weekends5 years of verifiable work and personal historyBasic computer skills are necessaryGood customer service skillsExcellent written and attention to detail skills are essentialBenefits:Progression, training and development opportunitiesTax saver and bicycle to work scheme after 12 months servicePension scheme after 6 months serviceService awards recognition scheme#LI-DNI
