Security Operations Manager

As a Security Operations Manager with Sodexo, you will be a proactive leader ensuring the safety of people and assets across the large manufacturing site of our client in Dublin.
Your expertise will shape the security strategy, managing both operational and decommissioned areas. You will drive a team of over 20 security personnel, ensuring that they are trained to meet high compliance standards, including Irish law and global protocols like CTPAT and ISO 45001.
This is an exciting role where your leadership ensures the safety and smooth operation of our client's facilities. 
You'll be at the forefront of introducing innovative security solutions, improving operational efficiency, and contributing to a safe and secure environment that exceeds client expectations.
What you'll do: Lead and develop a team of over 20 security staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols.Ensure full compliance with Irish regulations and CTPAT requirements.Oversee daily security operations, ensuring 24/7 coverage for perimeter and internal patrolling.Collaborate with stakeholders to align security operations with strategic goals.Proactively manage risks, security incidents, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Lead training programs to ensure all staff and subcontractors meet compliance standards.Manage security innovation, introducing technologies to enhance system performance. What you bring: Significant experience in security management, ideally in a manufacturing or corporate environment.Proven ability to manage multi-site security teams and subcontractors.Strong knowledge of Irish security regulations, CTPAT standards, and ISO 45001.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.PSA license required.Demonstrated ability to lead, innovate, and drive continuous improvement in security operations.
