The Job: Fixed Term 12 Month Contract - Full time (39 Hrs), Monday to Friday
Duties and Responsibilities: Journal Management: Prepare, analyse, and post journals.Accruals and Prepayments: Calculate, post, and analyse monthly accruals and prepayments.Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Prepare and analyse balance sheet reconciliations at month-end.Inter-Company Accounts: Own, review, and reconcile inter-company accounts across the group.VAT Reporting: Manage monthly VAT reporting and filing.Support Functions: Provide support to customer service and other departments.External Audit Coordination: Maintain key relationships with external auditors and tax advisors, ensuring the sign-off of year-end financial statements and tax computations.Statutory Financial Statements: Prepare and review statutory financial statements in accordance with guidelines.Reporting and Projects: Assist with reporting and ad hoc projects as needed.Cross-Functional Support: Provide support to other functions as required.Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.Qualifications: ACA/ACCA certified.Experience: 1-3 years in a multinational company; shared service center exposure is advantageous.Statutory Accounting: Experience with statutory accounting and VAT in European countries is beneficial.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and IT; Oracle experience is a plus.Benefits: A competitive salary package.Comprehensive Healthcare & Life Assurance coverage.Additional benefits such as income protection and death in service benefit.Health & Wellbeing Events.Recognition Scheme.Free Parking.Educational assistance.EEO Statement: Natus Medical is an equal opportunity employer.
