Senior Accountant - Galway City About Your New Employer: Our client is a successful Accountancy practice who is looking for an experienced Accountant to join their growing team in the Galway City head office.
About Your New Job: Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of SME clients in the provision of accounting services such as audit exempt and audited financial statements preparation.Utilise team of trainee accountants to deliver services, delegating and managing workload of junior staff.Prepare and file annual returns and abridged accounts with the CRO.Prepare and file Corporation Tax and Income Tax returns with Revenue.Prepare and file VAT and Payroll returns.Maintain books and records for bookkeeping/advisory clients.Prepare and present monthly/quarterly management accounts to clients and provide valuable insights from these accounts.What Skills You Will Need: Ideally 5+ years in working in an Accountancy practice.Qualified ACCA/ACA/CPA/CIMA.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple tasks.Problem solving attitude.What's On Offer: Strong Salary Package - €50,000 - €60,000.Hybrid / Flexible Working Arrangements.Pension Contribution.20+ AL Days.Excellent Career Progression.Leading a team of junior staff.What's Next: Apply now by clicking the "Apply Now" button or call me, Shane on +353 91 455302.
