We treat each other with care and respect and make time to give everyone a voice.Job DescriptionAs a Senior Accountant you will assist in key finance processes for the Irish Finance team including month end close, production of management accounts, reporting, cashflow, budgeting and forecasting processes.You will be a team player with a substantial understanding of accounting principles and processes.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring all financial transactions are processed accurately, timely and in line with relevant standards.Assist in creating and sending out invoices in accurate and timely mannerMonth end reporting for assigned company in line with region/group deadlines and assistance with other month and year end reporting.Prepare the weekly/monthly cashflow forecast to ensure an accurate representation of future cashflows and balances.Assisting with External Audit, VAT/Tax and related returns as required.Review of financial performance with suggestions to improve performance of key financial and non-financial metrics.Support supplier payments process.Support the budget and forecast processes end to end for the assigned cost centres.Focus on continuous improvement and identifying opportunities for process efficiencies and simplification.SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicableWorking on other ad-hoc requests and admin as required.QualificationsQualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)Experience with excel and MS office applications essential.Confident communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels.Accuracy and high-level attention to detail.Experience working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.Additional InformationWhat we offer you:Full timeCompetitive remuneration and attractive range of benefits8% Pension25 days Annual leave (23 days + 2 company days)Opportunity to work on impactful and innovative projectsCareer development opportunities both in Ireland and globallyOpportunity to work with a diverse group of talented and collaborative colleaguesOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
