Accounts Technician/Senior Accounts Assistant - Dublin 12 Reed is delighted to partner with a fantastic Irish Engineering company for the recruitment of an Accounts Technician/Senior Accounts Assistant. You will be joining a large and friendly office and report directly to the Accounts Director. The busy is doing extremely well and find themselves in a very secure position.
Hours: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm, Monday and Thursday / Friday finish at 4.00 pm Duties in the role: Responsibility for Customer Invoicing – using Big Red Book (experience with this package is preferable, but not essential)Handling all Aged DebtorsProcessing all Supplier Purchase InvoicesReconcile Supplier statements – payments and controlMaintenance of month end accruals for outstanding invoices etc.Bank ReconciliationsPerforming payroll using ThesaurusMonitor inbox for any accounts queries
