Job Title: Senior Administrator Location: Dublin City Centre Salary: €45K-50K Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (4:00 pm on Fridays) Our client, a well established construction organisation is seeking a highly experiencedSenior Administratorto join their team in Dublin City Centre.
This is a full-time, fully onsite role, offering a competitive salary of €45,000-50K.
Must have construction or similar industry experience!
The Role The ideal candidate will have a strong office administration background, with a proven track record of managing various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the construction industry is essential.
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual who can manage multiple responsibilities and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities Providing support to management, commercial, site liaison, and office teams Managing company administration, systems, and procedures Overseeing Office Support, Business Management, Site Support, Tenders, Fleet Management, Employee Training, Health & Safety, and Sub-Contractors Document Control Ensuring a high level of professionalism and discretion in all tasks Maintaining clear communication with various departments to drive efficiency and quality Required Skills Minimum of 3/4 years experience in senior office administration Experience in construction is essential Exceptional organisational, problem-solving and organisational skills Ability to work independently and within a team Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills Proficiency in English, both written and spoken Knowledge of Quality and/or Health & Safety systems is advantageous For further information, please contact: at GHL Recruitment Skills: Construction experience H&S systems excellent communication skills Benefits: Pension Bike storage sick pay
