About the role In the role, the successful candidate will:
Prioritise and complete tasks that ensure funds are accurately priced for each valuation point for a portfolio of private equity funds and hedge funds.Identify and validate pricing variances and large variation movements.Study and review the current pricing system in order to improve productivity, quality and efficiency.Responsible for the execution of capital calls and distributions.Preparation of annual tax statements for client investments in private equity products.Preparation and review of financial statements for company investment structures.Maintaining relationships with Private Equity Firms and Life Assurance Companies.Understand client relationships and expectations to ensure client deliverables are timely and accurate.Ownership of timely resolution of client/investor queries.Investigate reconciliation differences during the monthly reconciliation cycle.About you We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills:
At least 2 years' experience in fund administration, Private Equity or alternative investment funds industry preferred.Can demonstrate experience of internal controls, procedures and interaction with internal audit, implementing change and constantly creating efficiencies in operating model.A qualified/part-qualified fund accountant or with proven experience with PE Fund administration.Must be a team player with the ability to network with co-workers but also have the ability to work independently and prioritise own workflows.Demonstrates a willingness to own the full end to end servicing of a fund.Proactive attitude, ability to multi-task and work to tight reporting deadlines.Strong presence and presentation skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent attention to detail, speed & accuracy is a pre-requisite for this role.What we offer We offer a range of benefits and experiences to support your professional and personal growth, whatever your career stage.
