Senior Intelligence Analyst What you can expect Zoom's Global Intelligence team conducts open-source research to monitor and assess security threats, geopolitical events, and matters critical to the business. The Intelligence Analyst will provide timely, actionable analysis, synthesize indicators and warnings. You will also engage in intelligence processes that drive operations and work collaboratively on high stakes matters. This role will cover issues including brand and reputational risks, market-specific business risks and opportunities, entity due diligence, and other issues as conditions warrant.
About the Team Zoom's Global Intelligence team utilizes open-source research skills to safeguard our company's interests and enable business growth. Through our intelligence work, we provide timely risk and opportunity analysis and engage in internal information-sharing.
What we're looking for Have experience (10+ years) in the intelligence, security, risk, investigative journalism, and/or research fields. Ability to independently research and assess relevant information with potential business impact, and exercise sound analytical judgement.Possess a background specializing in intelligence, security, or international affairs-related area including business or market intelligence. Able to work in a rapidly changing environment, produce quality technical documentation, and meet tight deadlines.Have knowledge of global threats and threat actors, including nation-state risks, non-state actors, transnational threats, and areas of particular interest to technology companies.Experience in open-source research, and particularly social media, to deliver high quality written products and documentation to technical and non-technical audiences.Possess effective communication ability with varied company stakeholders utilizing excellent verbal and written communication skills.Have ability to establish credibility and working relationships with a wide range of corporate personnel, including operations, management, executive and legal staff as well as external personnel, including auditors and customers.Ways of Working
