Your role you will contribute to all aspects of the Enterprise Risk Management process and outcomes within EMEA supporting the IIML Designated Person for Operational Risk Management.
Responsibilities include:Support the execution of all aspects of the Enterprise Risk Management framework and policy as needed;Promotes and fosters a focus on innovation, continuous learning and improvement for all aspects of Enterprise Risk Management including appropriate leverage of technology and data analytics.Embraces Invesco's Purpose and culture and helps further the firm's diversity and inclusiveness to drive better outcomes for our clients and employees.Participate in the operational risk capital assessments - scenario analysis, capital planning & wider risk measurements ensuring regulatory capital alignments.Coordinate risk related assessments, reviews and reporting to support IIML's Delegated Oversight and Business Continuity and Operational Resilience requirements.Identify, recommend and support risk related continuous improvement initiatives and participate in planning for future enhancements. Leverage and champion the use of data, technology and collaboration tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Enterprise Risk team.Acting as a support for IIML's Designated Person for Operational Risk Management, including participation and contribution to wider IIML risk initiatives. Manage the execution of all aspects of the Designated Person for Operational Risk Management framework and requirements as needed.Builds strong relationships and partners with the business to provide enterprise risk advice and support for business driven initiatives and objectives.Coordinates and collaborates with Enterprise Risk leadership and regional staff on enterprise risk initiatives, activities and reporting.Provides and/or coordinates training and awareness programs in support of effective enterprise risk management, culture and conduct in region.Participates in and contributes to regional and global enterprise risk management initiatives to provide appropriate regional perspective and thought leadership to improve upon the enterprise risk program.What you will bring:Enterprise/Operational Risk management experience in financial services firm, preferably asset management/ Irish ManCo.Significant knowledge of financial services including operational risk experience.Proven understanding of operational risk frameworks, methodologies standards and related regulatory requirements for asset management firms in EMEA.Solid understanding of/or previous experience in Third Party Risk, Business Continuity and Operational Resilience beneficial.Strong technology skills including use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and shareware.Additional software, systems, reporting and analytical tools' experience beneficial.Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Risk, Business or relevant field, advanced degrees and/or accreditations beneficial.Adheres to the highest standards of ethical behaviour and conduct.A self-motivated, critical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills adaptable to business change with an ability to manage several priorities, and proactively engage with a diverse group of collaborators in multiple offices and time-zones.Full Time / Part TimeFull time
