You will be a key member of the team who acts as the central point of contact for the Compliance PMO and to ensure it is highly effective in supporting the delivery of the overall compliance program.
Your responsibilities will include:To assist the Compliance PMO team in the co-ordination of workstream progress and risk reports, compiling status and portfolio updates for management, project teams and other key stakeholders.Maintenance of the team's project tracking spreadsheets and collection of evidence for completed actions and other related administrative tasks.Maintenance of the AML Compliance PMO mailbox to manage the intake process for new projects for the wider Compliance teamMinute taking and producing output for project meetings.Role RequirementsExperience in Anti Money Laundering or generalist Compliance from a financial service or payments background along with some basic project management related experience.Good grasp of Microsoft Office tools, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.Good communication skills (up and down the chain of command)Adaptability to Change, maintaining a positive attitude in dynamic situations and effectively pivoting in response to evolving business needs and priorities.Familiarity with JIRA and Agile Project Management would be an advantage but is not a prerequisite as on the job training will be provided as needed..
