Senior Architectural Technologist

Job DescriptionOur Client is an award winning Architectural department based in Limerick.The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience working across a range of industries and on a diversity of projects.
They will be adaptable, competent, and experienced in bringing projects from start to finish.To work within the Technical Team to take responsibility for the technical and working drawings aspects of projects either designed in-house or by others.To visit the site and undertake measured surveys.Produce drawings in AutoCAD and RevitHelp junior members of staffRequirementsMinimum 5 years post qualification experience.Educational qualification in Architectural TechnologyAutoCAD, REVIT and Sketchup proficiencyStrong design and detailing experience with excellent technical and site / knowledgeExperience working with Irish Building and Planning Regulations,Experience of preparing planning, tender and construction details and documentationExperience working on large scale high density residential projects, commercial, industrial and public sector worksDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
