Due to continued growth within a leading corporate finance advisory group, a newly created opportunity has arisen for a corporate finance professional to join as senior associate.

An ideal opportunity for a corporate finance manager coming from another advisory firm looking for a more varied portfolio and to be part of a unique culture.
About the positionWorking across a range of activities from developing and delivering broad corporate finance advice to detailed advice on derivatives, valuations, financing structures and acquisitions/disposals advice.Providing robust advice, supported as appropriate by financial modelling, written documents, and project management.Managing, supporting and training more junior individuals on the team.Developing relationships with the investors and lenders the group engage with on behalf of clients.Developing client-facing interaction.About the personA background with at least 4 years' experience within a corporate finance, corporate treasury or lending role, ideally with some experience of transaction management, client engagement, and advising or lending into the Infrastructure, Energy, Housing, Education, Healthcare or Public/Government sectors.Experience in building and/or deep analysis of financial models to accurately reflect underlying documentation and deal commercials.Strong familiarity with financial structures including debt, derivatives, interest rate hedging, inflation products, high yield, whole business securitisations and/or liability management.Strong experience in training, developing and supporting junior team members to deliver a high standard of output on a constant basis.Strong analytical and oral/written communication skills, with a specific ability to assimilate complex information and translate this into practical and clear advice.Adaptable, able to pick up new assets, sectors and products, as well as prioritising and simultaneously working on multiple transactions of differing complexity.Strong interpersonal skills and recognition of their importance in delivering high-quality client service.Strong experience in people and team management.Enjoys being part of a high-performing team but accepts individual responsibility.Apply with your CV.
