What are the minimum requirements you need for the role? Good understanding of different kinds of environmental, social or governance events or conditions that, if they occur, could cause a negative material impact on the value of an investment. Minimum 3 years' experience in the asset management industry. Previous experience in the implementation of at least two of the following at an asset management company, a risk management consulting firm, or a ManCo: ESG, SFDR, Taxonomy Regulation, TCFD, or Sustainability Risk would be an advantage. Knowledge of asset classes and their sub-categories and working with portfolio holdings files. Professional qualification in a Risk or ESG related discipline such as FRM, CAIA, CFA or CFA ESG desirable. What is your role and your responsibilities? Perform ongoing monitoring of investment and operational risks, including sustainability risk, at client funds to ensure that each continues to be managed in line with investment objectives, policy and within its investment risk and relevant regulatory restrictions. Liaise with fund's stakeholders such as investment managers, administrators, auditors, etc Oversee the integration of sustainability risk into investment portfolios in order to assess and manage the exposures of those portfolios to sustainability risk. Advise on appropriate metrics to measure the different components of sustainability risk, namely, environmental, social, and governance. Identify different approaches to measure sustainability risk in sovereign debt, private debt, private equity, infrastructure, and real estate funds. Work with the implementation team to industrialise the production of sustainability risk for large number of funds. Support the various committees to establish, document and monitor sustainability risk procedures.  What Competencies do you require?
