Description: Exciting opportunity available for an Onboarding professional looking for a role as a Senior Associate - Onboarding to support the Onboarding team in Carne Group.
Who are we looking for? We are currently recruiting for a Senior Associate to join our Onboarding team in the Carne Group. The role offers the new starter the opportunity for career progression in a growing company.
What is your role and your responsibilities? Attending project calls with the Onboarding Project Manager, preparing project plan, drafting minutes/actions, and following up with internal stakeholders on action items;Preparing and presenting new business wins to the approval committee with the Onboarding Project Manager;Attending operational calls and taking away actions for follow up with internal teams;Liaising with internal teams in both Luxembourg and Ireland to address client queries and facilitate calls for clients on Carne ancillary services, e.g. UBO, MLRO, Distribution, Risk and Valuation queries;Working with the Due Diligence team to identify and communicate requests for additional information;Liaising with the AML team to facilitate the collection of AMK KYC documentation;Ensuring that, at the end of an onboarding project, plans are complete and a final handover is completed to the CRM team;Working with the Onboarding Project Manager to ensure weekly management reporting is updated with information on all Luxembourg onboarding projects;Assisting with ad-hoc reporting required from the Onboarding Project Manager;Assisting in drafting local procedures and standard presentation decks. What are the minimum requirements you need for this role? Minimum 3 years' experience, preferably in an Onboarding role in the funds industry or with Administrator/Depository background;Relevant third level qualification required;Proficiency using MS Office applications. What Competencies do you require? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;Keen to learn and understand Carne's business model;Motivated, self-starter who can take the initiative to work on Client projects;Proactive and solution oriented;Client focused.
