Senior Associate - Investments

On behalf of our client, a high growth renewable developer, we are looking to hire a Senior Associate to join the Investment and Transaction team.  The Role:    Play a key role in preparing and managing and executing transactions including managing the DD process.  Optimise the current and future pipeline in terms of asset divestment /investments, joint ventures, partnership opportunities and project financing.  Work closely with the financial modelling team to develop and maintain financial models, forecasts and analysis to support negotiations.  Collaborate with a multi - functional deal team across legal, technical and finance to deliver commercial success for each asset/portfolio.  Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business , Economics or a related field; CFA, MBA or advanced degree preferred.  5-7 year's of relevant experience with a proven track record of successfully managing complex financial transactions.  Excellent financial modelling capability and proficiency using financial data.  High level of adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.  Benefits For more information, contact Niamh Fox at  or apply directly via the link below.
