Overview of the roleFollowing on from our success on projects such as Waterford Bypass, New Ross Bypass, Macroom Bypass we are looking for a Senior Associate - Roads in one of our offices in either Cork, Dublin, Galway or Limerick. As a Senior Associate you will lead and deliver major highways projects in accordance with TII Project Management Guidance through the Statutory Process.
You will be the primary point of contact for your assigned project and will be responsible for maintaining relationships with the client, creating opportunities that ensure Mott MacDonald ultimately delivers quality outcomes for our clients, to budget, on schedule, through project teams.
Main responsibilitiesLead the planning process for a Major Road.Act as the key day to day client interface.Ensure that the work is delivered within the agreed timescale and budgets.Co-ordinate multi-disciplinary design requirements for the Statutory Process document.Establish and maintain project governance in line with our Business Management Systems.Candidate SpecificationChartered Engineer status Engineers Ireland or Equivalent.Customer focused with excellent client relationship management skills.Track record in successful project delivery.Understanding of the statutory process requirements in Ireland.Strong leadership and collaboration qualities.Ability to grow and mentor a strong and diverse team.We are actively recruiting a diverse workforce that is reflective of the communities we serve.
