Job Title: Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding Lead
Role Summary: As an Associate Recruitment Marketing and Branding at Lilly, you will play a key role in attracting top talent. You will help develop and execute brand marketing plans that showcase life at Lilly on a global scale. You will work closely with various teams within our Global Talent Acquisition organization to leverage technology, create compelling branded content, and provide marketing support to ensure an excellent candidate experience and attract the best talent to Lilly.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute recruitment marketing and employer branding plans for both US and global talent to support Lilly's growth. Collaborate with the Creative, Content, and Channels team to ensure alignment of campaigns and content with the Lilly brand. Work cross-functionally with teams such as Communications, Corporate Affairs, Tech at Lilly, Compliance, Marketing, DEI, Legal, and Privacy across various geographies to deliver compliant campaigns and strategies. Develop and deliver educational material on leveraging social media for recruitment to the Global Recruiting and Staffing team, HR partners, and internal stakeholders. Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. Identify, research, analyze and integrate new opportunities and technologies to enhance our recruitment marketing approach. Deliver reports on campaign performance metrics and provide insights on the success of the execution. Champion diversity internally and externally to attract all candidates to Lilly. Write, contribute to, and edit copy for recruitment marketing content. Support new technology launches (e.g., website launch, CRM integration). Contribute to the Lilly Careers social media editorial calendar and partner with communications to align on narratives across all platforms. Work with external agencies to develop, execute, and report on paid digital and social media campaigns. Partner with the social listening center of excellence to ensure timely response to external customers, including handling issues, reporting adverse events/product complaints, and any related triage. Develop branding content for recruiting, including diversity recruitment initiatives, general branding, Lilly careers website, and more. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3+ years of work experience, preferably including experience in supporting a talent acquisition team or in employer branding/recruitment marketing. Additional Skills/Preferences:
Broad understanding of the digital and social media environment, related platforms, and social media management tools. Strong client relationship management experience. Experience managing a website CMS. Ability to cultivate valued business relationships and become a true partner and advisor to the group you support. Experience developing corporate branding campaigns. Proficiency in writing formal internal and external communications. Experience managing multiple projects at once. Experience developing digital marketing metrics, reporting, and using data to make process improvements. Strong problem-solving agility, communication, and presentation skills. Demonstrated teamwork and ability to prioritize across multiple contending priorities. Proven ability to develop, implement, and execute strategic plans and related tactics. Prior work supporting global partners in affiliates around the world and/or conferring with colleagues on the implementation and usage of digital media and diversity recruitment strategies. This role would operate a Hybrid working model of 50% on site presence.
