We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, to join our Trustee & Depositary team. This role is located in Cork, Ireland.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Ensure the investment funds follow regulatory and fund-specific documentation.
Complete daily review of output from automated compliance monitoring system where applicable and assist with any rule changes or new fund launches.
Investigate breaches on the investment funds to satisfactory conclusion, documenting them in the Breach Register.
Liaise with internal and external parties on issues pertaining to the investment funds as required.
Assist in preparation for visits from compliance, audit etc.… for relevant investment funds.
Ensure all company procedures and policies are always adhered to.
