Based in Dublin, Ireland, we are seeking a new Senior Aviation Recruitment Consultant to join our Pilot Recruitment team.
This is a hybrid position, based in our Dublin Office.

The responsibilities of the Senior Recruitment Consultant will involve:
Screening candidates to qualify their relevance for the client and the requirementProviding exceptional customer service to your clientsKeeping customer focused through listening to customer needsMonitoring the service provided to your clientEnsuring relationships and retention of clients and candidates are kept to a high standard whilst effectively managing their expectationsMaking outbound calls to potential candidatesEnsuring that candidates are compliant with the regulations setBuilding a solid customer base within your industriesAdvertising vacancies and conducting searches on appropriate websitesKeeping all records accurate and current on the recruitment databaseConducting telephone/face-to-face interviews with candidatesGrowing the company database of candidates to fulfil client requirementsMonitoring candidate's performance for future placement with clientsHelping with candidate queries that are raisedAssisting with ensuring the company remains fully compliantMeeting or exceeding agreed targets with line managerActing within the company's best interests in terms of margins and profitabilityKeeping up to date with market trends and industry movements affecting your sector of recruitmentObtaining accurate job descriptions, person specifications and other information required to ensure accurate recruitmentOther duties as directed by Line ManagerIn order to be successful in this role, the Senior Recruitment Consultant will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes: Minimum of 2 years Pilot recruitment experienceStrong administration and good organisational skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work to tight deadlinesAbility to work on own initiative and to organise and prioritise own workAttention to detail is essentialProfessional mannerFlexibility within the roleCustomer focusAbility to convey information accurately, clearly and in a manner easily understoodExperience of using Bullhorn database systems effectively together with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and ExcelWe offer a competitive basic salary, an uncapped commission structure, quarterly bonus payments (following the successful completion of your probationary period), and a modern, air-conditioned office with free on-site parking.
