At Ruby we keep breaking new ground. Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of cocktails and other beverages and snacks with skillful techniques. Let your imagination run wild and develop your own drink creations based on the season. Collaborate with your lead to design the bar menu according to taste and season. Conduct professional bar training for staff. Use and manage all materials in a cost-effective manner. Take on diverse tasks in the service area as well as reception duties. Stay informed about current trends and provide guests with the latest insider tips about the city. Attend to all guests in accordance with the Ruby philosophy. Be responsible for receiving, controlling, and storing goods. Qualifications: Have experience in gastronomy/hotellerie, ideally in trendy gastronomy or lifestyle hotels. Be willing to work shifts and occasionally take on night shifts. Exude confidence, bring joy to the workplace, and have a good sense of humor. Enjoy interacting with international, discerning guests and possess the ability to respond smartly to different guests and their needs. Fluent in English. What's in for you?
