About the Role In this role, you will purposefully own and drive the strategic branded agenda for the Tennent's brand, pioneering and developing the commercial brand agenda across all relevant territories.
You will provide leadership for the Tennent's portfolio, offering clear direction for the optimal application of the Group's IP and resource allocation across the marketing mix.
Your responsibilities will also include planning, developing, and influencing a cohesive participation and offer strategy for the brands across multiple markets. As a champion for the core beer brand within the group, you will maintain strategic integrity while analytically utilizing all available brand and consumer insights to inform campaign and sales channel strategies, and to track brand health and performance.
Key Accountabilities Design and lead strategic plan for the Tennent's beer products across the Group. Lead commercial brand planning with both annual and multi-year outcomes for Tennent's. Sole strategic responsibility for the Tennent's beer portfolio. Resource deployment across markets and marketing channels to support the development and growth targets for all brands. Close liaison with all group colleagues in IOI, GB, and distribution partners ensuring commercial awareness of variances in markets and market issues. Proactively seek and gain buy-in from all key stakeholders within wider Group strategy. Target key markets to achieve strategic gains and brand growth. Lead Innovation ideation, strategies, and projects to outcomes that strengthen brand and commercial equity. Ensure that strategy is modelled to deliver financial return which meets or exceeds targets set by C&C business leaders. About You Degree in relevant marketing discipline or equivalent experience required. Demonstrable experience and proficiency in people leadership, coaching, and development. Experienced in commercial brand management and ownership of brand P&L. Ability to manage multiple projects with a demonstrated ability to prioritise efforts based on ROI to the business. Proven record of accomplishment for developing cross-channel marketing plans that meet or exceed business objectives. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise direction and feedback to external/internal stakeholders as well as the ability to influence others.
