Senior Brand Manager

Our client, a leading national gaming and fundraising organisation are engaging in a largescale project to overhaul their brand in the local market. We are delighted to partner with them in recruiting for 3 roles – which will be offered on an 18-month contract basis initially. Ideally to start September 2024. Joining a marketing team of 10, reporting to the Head of Brand, these roles will be based from a Dublin 1 office location, hybrid working applies 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Senior Brand Manager Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building iconic brands? Joining a team of 4, this Senior Brand Manager will lead brand strategy and execution. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving brand awareness, preference, and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives. Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels. Manage advertising and media budgets, ensuring maximum ROI. Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners. Track brand performance metrics and provide actionable insights. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. Ideal Candidate: Proven track record in brand management and marketing leadership. Minimum of 8 years' experience, ideally in consumer branding required. Strong understanding of the advertising and media landscape. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
