The team advises buyers and sellers on the structuring, procurement, and placement of transactional risks such as warranty and indemnity, tax, and contingent risks insurance.
The candidate will have an M&A advisory background from corporate law, accounting, or corporate finance with a clear understanding of the mergers and acquisitions lifecycle and the risks that may arise during the process.
