Our Financial Services client is seeking an experienced Process Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will be adept at conducting thorough process mapping and proficient in analysing 'as is' and designing 'to be' processes. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements that enhance business efficiency and effectiveness. This is a daily rate contract role based in Dublin. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed process mapping to document current 'as is' business processes across various departments. Analyse existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Design and model 'to be' processes that align with business goals and increase operational efficiency. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback on proposed changes. Collaborate with IT and project management teams to ensure that technological solutions meet the new process specifications. Manage the transition from 'as is' to 'to be' processes, including overseeing the implementation phase and mitigating any risks associated with process change. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of process changes, including detailed descriptions, flowcharts, and process performance metrics. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of newly implemented processes, suggesting further enhancements as needed. Essential Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on process mapping, analysis, and redesign. Extensive knowledge of documenting 'as is' processes and designing 'to be' processes. Experience in leading process improvement initiatives in a structured business environment. Proficient in using business process modeling tools and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with multiple teams Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
