Responsibilities The candidate will be required to work on a number of different current and upcoming small changes and larger projects that are at various stages in their lifecycle. The following non-exhaustive list of Key Deliverables are applicable to this Role; High Level and Detailed Requirements Documents covering both functional and non-functional requirements User Stories and supporting material in line with Agile best practice Process flow diagrams of As-Is and To-Be processes Requirements Traceability Matrices Other deliverables as required depending on the initiative Requirements Must have 7+ years of relevant experience Must have a broad experience of business analysis techniques particularly requirements elicitation and management, and business process analysis and modelling. Experience of AzDo or a similar agile requirements management tool preferable Must have extensive experience in facilitating workshops, with multiple diverse participants including experience with running virtual and hybrid workshops Must have extensive experience of stakeholder management, including managing challenging stakeholders Must have experience in producing concise and accurate specifications of business needs using both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies Must have excellent interpersonal skills, be comfortable working within a team environment, demonstrate the ability to work on own initiative and demonstrate the ability to identify potential project roadblocks So, are you ready to join our team?
