If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.ResponsibilitiesWork with colleagues & cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to produce and own business user requirements, functional specifications and business casesSupport the end-to-end digital process, from design through to development, testing and implementation, ensuring that digital deliverables meet business requirements and are fit for purpose.Work closely with the UI/UX designers, ensure that UI & UX are designed properly and meet the business requirements.Work closely with application developers and project managers to plan, design, and implement mobile applications that meet business requirements.Analyze and specify new features and changes of existing features as well as interface level requirements: field mappings, field gap analysisEngage with business users, understand the problem statement, and agree scope of engagementInterview product owners to understand as-is business processes and then develop customer-driven to-be processesSupport the Business by documenting process models and identifying opportunities for improvementAbility to map customer experience using tools like personas, customer journeys, etc.Gather and analyse statistical data from the business areas for supporting business case for changeResearch and analyse best-in-class industry processes to support digitization & simplification of customer journeysSupport the Business in planning and designing digital strategies encouraging customer retention and customer loyaltyBring in industry experience and thought leadership to advise on trends, future operating models and best-in-class journeysDevelop a deep understanding of the business context and marketplace that our business stakeholders are operating inEmploy process modeling techniques to capture requirements.
Work hand-in-hand with the Product Owner and Development teams in order to deliver process improvementsWork with multiple product owners to write & develop clear, non- implementation-specific epics, user stories and acceptance criteriaSupport and contribute to the metrics-driven culture within our functionExperience and skills requiredExperience working in relevant environment/s, i.e.
Mobile/Digital changeStrong analytical, conceptual, and creative skills to navigate complexity and rapid changesExperience in UX prototyping to enhance user-centric designDesign thinking, ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations, communicate in a clear non-ambiguous manner, conduct requirements workshops, drive decision-makingExperience of working in an FS advisory role, in a similar organization is a massive plusExperience in documenting a business case, business process modeling, and requirement elicitation through workshopsManage projects from inception through design to deliveryAn IT background with a solid grounding in technologyExperience of working in both Agile & waterfall SDLCsCommunication, group dynamics, collaboration and continuous improvement are core – being best practice-drivenAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
