Team/Role Overview Securities Services Operations (SS Ops) is a global Operations function comprised of Fund Services Operations, Custody Operations, Issuer Operations, Execution Services Operations, Cross Product Utilities, CitiService for Securities and Business Execution & Controls. The organization has ~7,000 FTE, Operating in 51 countries, across 68 sites.
This role will be responsible for supporting the ACT (Accountability, Culture and Talent) workstream for Securities Services Operations within the resource management business execution team. This role will provide the incumbent with an insight to the Securities Services business, interaction with the Securities Services Operations Leadership Team and an in-depth understanding of the Global Operations organization and resource management transformation.
Responsibilities: Partnering with global business management team and Operations Senior management team to review and validate transformation resource requirements, including EMP (Enhanced Monitoring Population) monitoring, reporting and attestation.Preparation of monthly staffing reports, including forecast reports (e.g., Quarterly Multi-year Forecast).Support roll-out of Demand & Capacity Planning processes across Securities Services Operations, including Capacity Plan Maker training and process support.Represent Securities Services Operations in Services Accountability, Culture & Talent Working Group.Participate in Citi enterprise-wide Accountability, Culture & Talent Meetings and training forums.Identify and escalate risks and issues for management attention related to Accountability, Culture & Talent processes.Work in partnership with Securities Services Operations working group leads and Senior management team to connect workstream Talent and staffing adequacy requirements with Capacity planning processes.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications: Relevant, senior level experience in financial markets business or business support.Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to facilitate discussions and experience of interacting at senior levels and ensuring credibility is maintained through solid delivery against commitments.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.Project management experience preferred.Must be extremely organized, motivated and a self-starter.Demonstrated expertise of Microsoft Office product suite (proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint).Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative.We offer: By joining Citi Dublin, you will not only be part of a business casual workplace with a hybrid working model (up to 2 days working at home per week), but also receive a competitive base salary (which is annually reviewed) and enjoy a whole host of additional benefits that support you (and your family) to be well, live well and save well.
