As a member of the Core File Services Group (CFSG) at NetApp, you will be part of a team of highly talented people who are experts at industry standard storage protocols, caching, data management, and data protection solutions. CFSG contributes to the core technology stack that makes NetApp an industry leader in the NAS business. Job Requirements Responsibility:
The individual will be responsible for non-routine and unstructured tasks, requiring creative solutions with more inter-dependencies and with processes that are less defined. He/she will provide technical leadership for the team(s) they are associated with and participate in key technical decisions. They will engage with product management on roadmaps and influence architectural choices to ensure the required business outcomes are achieved. They will engage with customers on escalations and ensure that there is continuous improvement in all areas under their technical purview to deliver maximum value to our customers.
