  We are hiring a   Senior Cancer Service Pharmacist    in  a Private Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.
Part time  /Permanent Key Responsibilities Accepting written prescriptions or refill requests from patients and evaluating information for completeness and accuracy.
Recording medical histories while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Delivering quality customer service to patients, responding to inquiries, questions, or requests, and referring them to the pharmacist for medical information.
Verifying the accuracy of patient information.
Counting prescription medication, filling prescriptions, and typing and attaching medication labels.
  Requirements   Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) •   Possess the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office •   3 years hospital pharmacist experience •   Aseptic compounding unit experience •   Diploma/MSc Clinical Pharmacy or Hospital Pharmacy or equivalent Benefits Competitive salary  Maternity Leave Pension scheme Flexible working pattern  Allowance for weekend work The Employee Assistance Programme     Requirements pharmacist, Cancer Service Pharmacist
