Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef who is capable of working across all areas of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes, including starters, mains, and desserts, ensuring consistency and high-quality presentation.
Manage and oversee all areas of the kitchen, including meat, fish, pastry, and garnish sections.
Collaborate with the Head Chef to design menus, introduce seasonal dishes, and maintain a balance between creativity and customer preferences.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
Manage kitchen stock levels, including ordering ingredients, and minimizing waste.
Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operation and teamwork during service.
Ensure all dishes are prepared and served within set timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Work with the Head Chef to maintain food cost targets and assist in budget control.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef, ideally with experience across various kitchen sections.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality dishes during busy service periods.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and a passion for food presentation.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations and best practices.
Culinary qualification or relevant experience in a professional kitchen.
