The Person we're looking for We are looking for a Senior Agency Client Lead to work alongside our key clients to deliver the strategic and creative ambition of their brands and organisations.

We're looking for someone who is naturally client and brand driven, a critical and cultural thinker, and an accomplished client lead.
You will work with a multidisciplinary global experience team to create highly progressive, innovative and immersive brand experiences, ensuring profitable revenues and operational excellence along the way.
You will be accountable for building high-level relationships with our clients, including overall client satisfaction of the experience strategy, creative ideas and the team performance.
The Role involves Delivering strategic, creative and human success for each client and brand you are assigned to lead.Taking an active role in the Scope of Work (SOW) development and pricing proposals.Being acknowledged as an extension of the client team.Building valuable relationships with senior decision makers.Being a skilled project manager with excellent client communications.Developing and maintaining strong working relationships internally, working closely with the extended Catapult team in London, New York and LA.Ensuring the accurate, timely and profitable implementation of all client plans.Planning and leading long and short complex projects.Having high level commercial ownership and acumen.The ability to lead pitches, RFPS and outbound business proposals.Building excellent relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.Driving momentum, accuracy and agility across all projects.Designing the best approach to apply and execute on each idea.Supporting the energy and pace of the project to a timely and calm completion.Skills & Traits Naturally enjoy building client relationships.Highly organised and efficient.Be objective and brand driven.Be astute and observant.Experience Milestones High level of agency and brand led experience.Track record of running multidisciplinary complex projects.Track record of delivering for clients and getting on with people.Bring transferable skills from previous projects & roles to an Experience Agency.High level commercial and operational experience.6 years+ of agency positions (Account Director, Client Lead).
