What the day will look like Commercial Risk Solutions (CRS) is currently looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Client Service Advisor to join our busy National and Specialty (N&S) Division. Reporting to the Client Service Executive, the Senior Client Service Advisor will be responsible for servicing a range of National clients and be part of a passionate dynamic team.
Main responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of varied businesses within a busy and pro-active broking environmentManaging clients' renewals from start to finish, assisting with mid-term alterations, promptly dealing with general day to day client and carrier queries and administrative duties pertaining to sameProviding support to our designated claims team in the handling of insurance claimsProviding assistance as required and collaborate with colleagues across a range of general lines productsReviewing policy wording schedule and endorsementsBuilding strong relationships with clients, underwriters and colleagues through the delivery of a market leading serviceSecuring and retaining clients by providing an excellent serviceAssisting the N&S team and other Aon colleagues to continually deliver an excellent serviceParticipation in campaigns and sales initiatives to target new clientsExpanding and sharing knowledge and capabilitiesMaintaining the utmost standards of compliance and adherence to broking best-practiceComplying with all management audit and compliance requirementsOther duties that may arise as the business requiresSkills and experience that will lead to success Few years of relevant commercial broking experienceComply, on an ongoing basis, with the minimum competency requirements laid down by the Central Bank, including but not limited to:To be CIP qualified (minimum) Progress to MDI or ACII (desirable)Meet the Central Bank Fitness & Probity standardsProvide evidence of compliance with maintaining CPD hours (min 2 year)Have a desire to improve knowledge across a range of General insurance productsAbility to communicate effectively with clients, insurers and colleaguesExcellent organizational and administrative skills with ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlinesTeam player with the ability to work on own initiativeAbility to prioritize workload and deliver on objectivesHave a strong customer focus and a keen eye for detailProficient in Microsoft platforms i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPointHow we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
